By taking part in an online yoga and meditation course:

1/ I agree and acknowledge that:
a. I am in proper physical condition to participate in the classes held online and taught by Kinfolk Healing, or classes taught by Kinfolk Healing employees or contractors, and am aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.
b. I understand my physical limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before I become ill or injured

c.  I will always discuss anything new with my health care professional.  If I have a long-term and/or chronic, and/or any diagnosed health condition I will always check with my health care professional before commencing.

2/ I hereby, fully release, waive and forever discharge any and all rights, claims or legal actions I may have, now or in the future, against Kinfolk Healing, even if the claims or legal actions are based on the carelessness, negligence or gross negligence of Kinfolk Healing.
