Strengthen your legs.

This standing practice is a great way to get up off your chair, stretch your body and strengthen your legs.

Every Ten Minute Miracle practice is designed to help you re-set, unwind and reduce stress in 10 minutes or less.  So there's no excuse - you can fit this into your day. (This one is only 8 minutes long).


Strong legs means better posture, better balance and the ability to keep us mobile and agile as we age.  Did you know that falls are one of the main reasons people end up in hospital and then into residential aged care?  Did you know that another reason older adults go to live in aged care facilities is because they no longer have the leg strength to get themselves up out of a chair?  Many scientists now recognise the calves as a second heart because of the amazing work they do to keep blood pumping through the body.  Keep your legs strong and your balance stable.  Keep your muscles moving and your bones and joints healthy.
