Stand, Stretch and Feel GoodOct 03, 2021
Welcome to another "Ten Minute Miracle" practice. Take 10 minutes out of your day to re-set, unwind, and allow your body to stretch and strengthen.
Today we focus on standing, your feet a comfortable distance apart.
Connecting your breath with your body, moving with each inhale and exhale.
This is a great way to stretch the body, strengthen the spine and arms, focus on your breath, and get the blood circulating.
Perfect to practice during the day, especially if you have been sitting down for most of the day.
As we come onto the toes during this session we are improve balance, stretching the soles of the feet, and strengthening our legs. If you are unsteady on your toes then please hold onto a sturdy chair or table, or the wall - hold onto something stable and secure.
