Every Ten Minute Miracle practice is designed to help you re-set, unwind and reduce stress in 10 minutes or less. So there's no excuse - you can fit this into your day. (This one is only 7 minutes long).
Get the blood flowing, the circulation going. Stretch and create space in the body for breath and prana, move your muscles, heal your fascia, bring awareness to your breath, and calm a busy over-active mind.
